RAGE To Release 'The Soundchaser Archives' In May

German power metallers RAGE will celebrate their 30th anniversary with the release of a unique collection of songs from their outstanding back catalogue.

Due on May 23 via Nuclear Blast, "The Soundchaser Archives" will contain 30 tracks spread out over two CDs, covering everything from previously unreleased material to alternate versions, demo recordings and incomplete ideas. Additionally the 2-CD set will contain a bonus DVD including the RAGE performance at last year's Masters Of Rock festival.

RAGE's 21st studio album, "21", was released in February 2012 via Nuclear Blast Records. The CD was recorded at Twilight Hall Studio in Grefrath, Germany with Charlie Bauerfeind, who has previously worked with SAXON, BLIND GUARDIAN, HAMMERFALL and HELLOWEEN, among others.
